What you will do

• Simplify the complexity of currencies and cross-border payments for customers.
• Define and execute the international payments roadmap to enable global contractor and employee payments.
• Own the end-to-end user experience for cross-border payments, from onboarding to reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, finance, and compliance to deliver scalable solutions.
• Partner with external vendors and banking partners to expand global coverage and optimize payment rails.
• Measure product success through data-driven insights like payment success rates and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• At least 2 years experience in payments, fintech, or global payroll.
• Proven success launching and scaling financial products involving cross-border payments, money movement, or FX.
• Strong analytical and technical foundation, comfortable with APIs, data, and payment flow diagrams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with global HR/payroll platforms (e.g., EOR, contractor payments).
• Familiarity with payment processors, banking partners, or FX vendors.
• Background in B2B SaaS or two-sided marketplace products.
