Location: Must be based in Argentina to build and expand the customer base across Latin America.

What you will do
- Identify, nurture, and close sales opportunities for hirify.global Cloud monthly and annual contracts.
- Build, manage, and grow a healthy sales pipeline within assigned accounts and territories in Latin America.
- Articulate hirify.global’s vision and value proposition to technical and business stakeholders.
- Apply a solution-oriented selling approach to uncover customer needs and create business value.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in Salesforce, including forecasts.
- Contribute to the regional user and developer community by participating in events.
Requirements
- Proven ability to proactively manage resources to drive successful sales outcomes.
- Strong capability to align hirify.global Cloud solutions with customer business objectives and technical requirements.
- Recent experience working with GenAI or AI-native companies.
- 8–10+ years of experience selling Cloud and infrastructure software.
- Strong business acumen, technical curiosity, and excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience selling cloud SaaS, data analytics, databases, and/or observability solutions.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated track record of delivering results.
- Experience working effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed organization.
