TL;DR

Account Executive (Data/Analytics): Identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities for hirify.global Cloud products across Latin America with an accent on solution-oriented selling and evangelizing hirify.global's vision. Focus on building and managing a healthy sales pipeline, aligning solutions with customer business objectives, and contributing to the regional user community.

Location: Must be based in Argentina to build and expand the customer base across Latin America.

What you will do

  • Identify, nurture, and close sales opportunities for hirify.global Cloud monthly and annual contracts.
  • Build, manage, and grow a healthy sales pipeline within assigned accounts and territories in Latin America.
  • Articulate hirify.global’s vision and value proposition to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Apply a solution-oriented selling approach to uncover customer needs and create business value.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in Salesforce, including forecasts.
  • Contribute to the regional user and developer community by participating in events.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to proactively manage resources to drive successful sales outcomes.
  • Strong capability to align hirify.global Cloud solutions with customer business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Recent experience working with GenAI or AI-native companies.
  • 8–10+ years of experience selling Cloud and infrastructure software.
  • Strong business acumen, technical curiosity, and excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling cloud SaaS, data analytics, databases, and/or observability solutions.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated track record of delivering results.
  • Experience working effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed organization.
