Account Manager (SMB Sales, DACH): Manages and develops a portfolio of SMB accounts within Germany, focusing on existing customer development, cloud transformation, and new customer acquisition. Focus on building and maintaining a sales pipeline, conducting customer appointments, and identifying technical risks to prevent churn.
Location: Can be based in Berlin or Karlsruhe.

What you will do
- Independently manage, develop, and control a defined account portfolio.
- Secure and expand existing revenue (MRR range: €1,500–€10,000 per customer).
- Build and maintain an active sales pipeline, including forecasting and deal management.
- Conduct qualified customer appointments and develop individual cloud solutions.
- Identify and manage technical risks to prevent churn.
- Work closely with marketing, partner sales, and the central account management team.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in sales of cloud, IaaS, or IT solutions in the business customer environment.
- Deep understanding of the cloud market, ideally with an industry focus.
- Proven success in customer development, new customer acquisition, and MRR growth.
- Routine experience with Salesforce, BI tools, and relevant KPIs (conversion rate, pipeline performance, retention).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
