What you will do
- Manage and optimize international performance KPIs for agent channels using modern AI tools.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the design, training, and performance tuning of conversational AI agents (chatbots, voice bots).
- Design and orchestrate AI-driven omnichannel, cross-selling, and upselling campaigns for the hirify.global customer base.
- Contribute to automating commission processes using AI-supported plausibility checks or rule-based models.
- Analyze sales, campaign, and agent performance data to identify patterns, forecasts, and opportunities.
- Act as a central interface between Customer Care, Product Management, Data/AI, and Customer Intelligence teams.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, telesales, or performance management, ideally within an IT context.
- Strong knowledge of modern AI tools in sales and campaign environments (e.g., GenAI, automation workflows, AI-based CRM functions).
- Experience managing or optimizing sales channels, campaigns, and sales KPIs.
- Strong numerical understanding, analytical thinking, and proficiency with data tools (e.g., BI tools, Looker, Excel).
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Willingness to travel approximately 2-3 times a year for 3-4 days.
