Project Manager (E-commerce)

TL;DR

Project Manager (E-commerce): Leading complex e-commerce projects from concept to delivery with an accent on managing scope, budget, and risks, and coordinating cross-departmental initiatives. Focus on inspiring and guiding project teams, challenging ways of working, and mentoring in project management best practices.

Location: Hybrid, working from Utrecht or Venlo, Netherlands. If based in Utrecht, required to come to Venlo at least once every two weeks.

What you will do

• Lead digital projects end-to-end, from initiation to delivery and evaluation.
• Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives for large-scale e-commerce projects.
• Manage budgets, scope, and risks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, aligning priorities and progress.
• Inspire and guide project teams, challenge existing ways of working, and mentor others.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in managing large digital projects, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, able to say "no" and challenge stakeholders.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to structure and deliver complex projects successfully.
• Analytical mindset and a structured, proactive approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with SFCC, SAP, Mulesoft, or PIM systems.
• Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile/Scrum), Agile or PMP certification.
