What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key strategic accounts, ensuring strong client relationships.
  • Proactively identify and develop opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process for existing clients, from opportunity identification to negotiation and close.
  • Act as a thought leader within client organizations, providing strategic insights on digital content and marketing automation.
  • Track, report, and measure the success of account strategies, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a strategic sales, account management, or business development role, preferably within a SaaS, tech, or digital marketing environment.
  • Proven success in expanding and growing key accounts, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of digital content creation, marketing automation, and the broader digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High level of comfort with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and reporting platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
