Location: Remote within the United States only

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Lead technical validation through bespoke demos, POCs, and data trials for strategic accounts.
  • Translate complex discovery insights into ROI-focused narratives for executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales on account planning and technical strategy for high-value opportunities.
  • Validate data accuracy and methodology against customer environments.
  • Enable customers post-sale to independently achieve success.
  • Drive growth and innovation by contributing to the product roadmap discussions.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 3+ years in sales support roles such as Solutions Engineer.
  • 3+ years experience in SaaS companies.
  • 2+ years data analytics experience with tools like Esri, GIS, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics; familiarity with data science concepts is a plus.
  • 2+ years client-facing experience and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be located in the United States and able to travel 35% for customer meetings.
