Solutions Engineer (SaaS Analytics)

Location: United States, Remote; travel required 35% of the time for customer meetings.

Annualized total on-target earnings: $140,000–$155,000 USD, including base salary and bonus target.

What you will do

• Lead bespoke product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and data trials for strategic accounts.
• Translate discovery findings into ROI-focused narratives for executive and technical stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales on account planning and technical strategy for high-value opportunities.
• Validate data accuracy and methodology against customer business environments.
• Support post-sale enablement so customers can independently achieve and showcase results.
• Initiate discussions about product features and roadmap improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in a sales support role such as Solutions Engineer and in a SaaS company.
• At least 2 years of data analytics experience using tools such as R, Python, SQL, Tableau, Data Studio, GIS tools, or similar BI platforms.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and familiarity with data science concepts.
• At least 2 years of client-facing experience and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in multiple data analytics or BI tools.
• Familiarity with data science language and concepts.
