BI/Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Fully remote; must be available within a European time zone and based outside Russia and Belarus

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Monitor business KPIs and transform complex datasets into actionable insights for Marketing, Operations, Finance, and leadership.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, calculate and forecast run rates, margins, ROI, and other performance metrics.
• Design and analyze A/B tests, evaluate statistical significance, and support data-driven decisions.
• Validate and clean data, identify reporting inconsistencies, and improve data collection and reporting processes.
• Use AI-powered analytics and automation to accelerate analysis and reduce repetitive work.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
• Advanced SQL skills with Google BigQuery and PostgreSQL, plus strong Python skills with Pandas and NumPy.
• Hands-on experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI and expert-level Google Sheets skills.
• Strong knowledge of business and financial metrics, forecasting, performance analysis, statistical significance, hypothesis testing, and A/B test design.
• Ability to communicate complex findings as clear recommendations to non-technical stakeholders and work independently with high attention to detail.
• Fluent English and availability within a European time zone are required; candidates must be based outside Russia and Belarus.

Nice to have

• Experience building or configuring AI-powered analytical tools, agents, notebooks, or automated insight-generation workflows.
• Experience designing, training, or fine-tuning AI tools for data analysis.
• Experience in a startup, marketplace, TravelTech, or other data-driven digital business.
• Google Apps Script experience.
