Product Manager (NL)

TL;DR

Product Manager (NL): Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of a product area within the hirify.global platform, ensuring regulatory compliance and commercial impact within local markets. Focus on translating legislative changes into product opportunities, defining clear outcomes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

Location: Hybrid (Gouda, Netherlands), with a minimum of two days a week in the office. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices and regional customers/events is required.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and go-to-market.
• Identify and prioritise problems that deliver the greatest customer and commercial value within your markets.
• Translate regulatory and legislative changes into actionable product opportunities.
• Ensure all solutions meet relevant local accounting, audit, and tax regulations.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and Designers to deliver high-quality releases.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to validate assumptions and test solutions.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a Product Manager or closely related product role.
• Experience owning a product area or feature set end-to-end.
• Exposure to accounting, audit, tax, or compliance-driven products.
• Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams with Engineering and Design.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in the local market language (Dutch for NL market) where applicable.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to hirify.global offices and regional customers or events.
