What you will do

• Define and communicate the strategic vision and roadmap for the Royalty Accounting product offering.
• Design and scale a sophisticated "Splits" infrastructure to automate revenue sharing across artists, producers, and labels.
• Translate complex legal agreements regarding rights, rates, and territories into functional specifications for engineering.
• Ensure all royalty processes are fully auditable and secure, maintaining a rigorous source of truth for financial data.
• Oversee high-volume usage data ingestion from global DSPs and drive high standards in metadata matching.
• Manage the product backlog daily using Agile/Scrum to deliver iterative calculation engine enhancements.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management with a focus on large-scale financial or transactional data.
• Strong numerical fluency with expertise in complex Excel calculations and financial algorithm comprehension.
• Technical literacy regarding complex web applications, cloud infrastructure, and API scalability.
• Expert knowledge of Scrum methodologies and proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to bridge business needs and technical execution through detailed PRDs and thorough testing plans.

• Experience in the music, streaming, or subscription-based industries.
