What you will do

• Deliver comprehensive, interactive training for Premium & Priority support, covering onboarding and cross-skilling.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer masterclasses, certify, and continually develop training facilitators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop training materials and align with regulatory requirements.
• Proactively identify and remediate training gaps using advanced QA processes and performance analytics.
• Identify and lead opportunities to optimize existing processes and KPIs through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to hands-on production roles to maintain expert SME knowledge of workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in a related production role, preferably with training responsibilities.
• Expert-level and comprehensive knowledge of Customer Experience best practices, with specialized domain expertise.
• Proven track record of leading and implementing significant continuous process improvements.
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 concepts, staking, and cryptocurrency.
• 30-50% travel required.
• US work authorization is required due to US-specific benefits mentioned.

Nice to have

• High level of proficiency in cryptocurrency and hirify.global products.
• Previous experience in tech, crypto, finance, or fintech.
• Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Agile.
