What you will do
- Proactively promote financial services to existing customers.
- Provide exceptional service and position hirify.global Capital effectively.
- Build trusted relationships, identifying financial service opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts to maximize business growth.
- Meet sales targets by advising merchants and coordinating with regional leadership.
- Provide regular feedback to business leaders as the voice of the merchant.
Requirements
- Sales experience, preferably in selling financial services with a strong track record.
- Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other pipeline management technologies.
- Commitment to a positive, high-performance culture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building internal and external partnerships.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry.
- Fluency in French.
