What you will do
- Generate new business, re-engage lapsed accounts, and manage ongoing accounts within the portfolio.
- Manage and deliver against daily personal sales targets and performance goals.
- Support the Event Director in developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Ensure the financial success of events by meeting and exceeding targets for exhibitor numbers, stand sales, and sponsorship revenue.
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and the wider show team for smooth event delivery.
Requirements
- Extensive sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding commercial targets.
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs.
- Resilient, determined approach to sales, with confidence handling rejection and challenges.
- High levels of motivation and ambition, combined with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and complex sales processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and adaptable environment.
