Sales Manager (Motorsport): Developing and selling tailored VIP and high-end group incentives for exclusive motorsport events with an accent on customer care and active sales. Focus on procurement & supplier management, design of creative premium offers and optimization of the product presentation.

Location: Hybrid work model in Groningen, Netherlands.

What you will do

  • Develop and sell tailored VIP- and high-end group incentives for exclusive motorsport events.
  • Captivate VIP customers and Travel Groups long term with excellent service and extraordinary experiences.
  • Identify, acquire, and maintain strong partnerships with providers such as helicopter and private jet hosts, event locations, and premium service providers.
  • Develop tailor-made, profitable travel offers with consideration for our pricing structures, margins, and upselling potential – for individuals and group travel.
  • Improve the presentation of our product pages and offers and increase our conversion rate through targeted digital measures.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the area of VIP hospitality, motorsport events, or travel management.
  • An existing network of partners and suppliers is a major plus.
  • Initial experience with VIP clientele as well as knowledge in e-commerce are advantageous.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Fluency in German and strong command of English.
  • Willingness to travel to develop partnerships and close deals on-site.
