What you will do

• Oversee the full lifecycle of ERP connectors, including design, deployment, optimization, and version control.
• Act as the primary contact for client support related to ERP connectors, troubleshooting issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collect and define new requirements from stakeholders, translating them into project specifications and managing delivery with external partners.
• Define, monitor, and report key success metrics for ERP connectors, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Provide technical expertise and support to sales teams during demos and client onboarding for ERP connector implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Engineering or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in ERP (Microsoft Business Central / Dynamics F&O) consultancy or implementation projects.
• Knowledge of ERP system configurations and basic accounting/finance concepts.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset.
