What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of international market expansion initiatives.
• Identify and prioritize target markets based on growth potential, regulatory complexity, and business impact.
• Define product adaptations including compliance, payments, UX localization, and regional requirements.
• Coordinate legal, finance, product, and GTM teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Drive end-to-end market launches from planning through go-live.
• Track post-launch performance and communicate insights and risks to leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with internationalization, localization, or multi-market product expansion.
• Ability to drive delivery without dedicated engineering ownership.
• Experience collaborating with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, or Customer Success).
• Fluent English (C1+) and Russian required.
• Must be based in Spain (CET timezone).
