What you will do
- Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of key existing customers across EMEA.
- Manage the overall renewal process and ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
- Act as a strategic advisor, aligning hirify.global’s platform to customers’ long-term digital strategies.
- Lead regular customer reviews, roadmap alignment, and value realization discussions.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and deliver strategic outcomes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of hirify.global’s platform and mitigate risks to customer adoption or renewal.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Strategic Account Management role.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise relationships with a strategic lens.
- Professionally bi-lingual in French and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable navigating technical conversations with a business-value focus.
- Highly organised, proactive, and driven by outcomes.
