What you will do

  • Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of key existing customers across EMEA.
  • Manage the overall renewal process and ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, aligning hirify.global’s platform to customers’ long-term digital strategies.
  • Lead regular customer reviews, roadmap alignment, and value realization discussions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of hirify.global’s platform and mitigate risks to customer adoption or renewal.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Strategic Account Management role.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise relationships with a strategic lens.
  • Professionally bi-lingual in French and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable navigating technical conversations with a business-value focus.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and driven by outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Strong understanding of API management, developer ecosystems, or related technologies.
