What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of customers across onboarding, retention, renewal, and expansion.
  • Lead commercial onboarding and align stakeholders on goals and success metrics.
  • Drive adoption and demonstrate ongoing impact and ROI through structured customer conversations.
  • Manage renewals proactively and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations in French and English.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts, pipelines, and account data.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement teams.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Proven experience in account management with revenue ownership and performance.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on long-term partnerships and outcomes.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and proactive with strong follow-through.
  • Comfortable managing and aligning multiple stakeholders at different levels.
