What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of customers across onboarding, retention, renewal, and expansion.
- Lead commercial onboarding and align stakeholders on goals and success metrics.
- Drive adoption and demonstrate ongoing impact and ROI through structured customer conversations.
- Manage renewals proactively and identify expansion opportunities.
- Lead commercial negotiations in French and English.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts, pipelines, and account data.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement teams.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience in account management with revenue ownership and performance.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric mindset focused on long-term partnerships and outcomes.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and proactive with strong follow-through.
