What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 medium-sized non-profit organizations, serving as the primary point of contact and building trusted partnerships.
- Drive revenue growth by ensuring contract renewals and identifying and executing upsell opportunities.
- Develop and implement account growth strategies for each customer, managing your pipeline and reporting on progress.
- Provide actionable feedback on product, messaging, and internal processes based on field experience.
- Contribute to improving the Account Management team's practices and playbooks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience, with at least 1-2-3 years in sales or account management.
- Client-centric mindset with active listening skills and the ability to identify pain points and propose tailored solutions.
- Skilled in objection management, handling difficult conversations, and negotiating compromises.
- Proven ability to manage renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and contract negotiations.
- Bilingual French - English (mandatory).
