What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic and flagship accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders using a customer-centric approach.
- Identify dissatisfaction signals and implement solutions proactively.
- Ensure successful onboarding and promote adoption of 's health partner services.
- Analyze and present consumption reports through business reviews.
- Lead cross-selling, upselling, and contract renegotiations to maximize value and profitability.
- Act as the voice of customers in product and service evolution discussions.
Requirements
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz, France.
- At least 6 years of experience in customer-facing roles with frequent C-Level interactions.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Experience working with companies of more than 300 employees.
- Strong negotiation, empathy, and stakeholder lobbying skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and active listening skills.
