What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic and flagship accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders using a customer-centric approach.
  • Identify dissatisfaction signals and implement solutions proactively.
  • Ensure successful onboarding and promote adoption of hirify.global's health partner services.
  • Analyze and present consumption reports through business reviews.
  • Lead cross-selling, upselling, and contract renegotiations to maximize value and profitability.
  • Act as the voice of customers in product and service evolution discussions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz, France.
  • At least 6 years of experience in customer-facing roles with frequent C-Level interactions.
  • Fluent in both French and English.
  • Experience working with companies of more than 300 employees.
  • Strong negotiation, empathy, and stakeholder lobbying skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and active listening skills.
