• Level up the quality of design in our product and the craft of our design team.
• Shape a design vision grounded in customer insights and data.
• Mentor and empower a team of 9 designers.
• Strengthen alignment across Product and Engineering to solve meaningful problems for our customers.
• Right-size design systems, processes, and rituals for hyper-growth.
• Improve usability and consistency across web and mobile experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience, with deep expertise designing across multiple platforms, especially web applications.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing product designers in a player-coach capacity.
• Strong UX foundation and expertise across the core design disciplines.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication skills.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Wired to build with time-to-value for the customer in mind.
