What you will do
- Support the management of a portfolio of airline accounts, contributing to growth strategies and execution plans.
- Track partner performance, analyze results, and help identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Build a strong understanding of partner business objectives and assist in developing initiatives aligned with their strategy.
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial relationships and collaborate with internal teams to address them.
- Support contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments in collaboration with senior team members.
- Act as a liaison between airline partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution and a strong traveler experience.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management with a track record of supporting revenue growth.
- Prior experience in airline distribution (OTA, TMC, GDS, or airline), with exposure to or experience in the LATAM market preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial, cultural, and regulatory dynamics of the LATAM travel ecosystem.
- Ability to prepare and deliver clear, data-driven presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Portuguese
