What you will do
- Drive new business sales within a regional sales team to meet and exceed personal sales quotas.
- Develop and convert new opportunities into successful customers, focusing on 1+ Million dollar deals.
- Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Solutions Engineering, and professional services teams throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain relationships with prospects, building business cases and value stories.
- Work with pre-sales experts on RFPs, deep dives, pitches, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Develop active partner relationships in the region to identify and qualify new sales opportunities and drive joint license and service wins.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant quota-carrying experience in enterprise or SaaS software sales, with a focus on new business.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets (a “closer”).
- Ability to develop strong relationships and communicate effectively at C-level within prospect organizations and with partners.
- Digital-minded and tech-savvy with a strong understanding of the business value of digital and omnichannel customer interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Solid industry experience in or selling to the financial services industry.
- Exceptional organization, presentation, and communication skills in English.
