TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Fintech): Driving new business sales for a digital banking platform with an accent on value selling at C-Level and new business acquisitions. Location: Onsite in London, UK. Requires 30-50% travel.

What you will do

  • Drive new business sales within a regional sales team to meet and exceed personal sales quotas.
  • Develop and convert new opportunities into successful customers, focusing on 1+ Million dollar deals.
  • Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Solutions Engineering, and professional services teams throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain relationships with prospects, building business cases and value stories.
  • Work with pre-sales experts on RFPs, deep dives, pitches, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Develop active partner relationships in the region to identify and qualify new sales opportunities and drive joint license and service wins.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant quota-carrying experience in enterprise or SaaS software sales, with a focus on new business.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets (a “closer”).
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and communicate effectively at C-level within prospect organizations and with partners.
  • Digital-minded and tech-savvy with a strong understanding of the business value of digital and omnichannel customer interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
  • Solid industry experience in or selling to the financial services industry.
  • Exceptional organization, presentation, and communication skills in English.
