Solutions Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Partner with the Go-To-Market team during sales processes with venture capital, private equity, and private credit funds.
• Analyze customer needs and pain points, scope solutions, and communicate business impact to decision-makers.
• Lead technical product demonstrations and pre-sales discussions with prospects and strategic partners.
• Apply product and fund accounting expertise across areas such as waterfalls, financial reporting, analytics, and investor communications.
• Advise new and established fund managers on fund formation, operations, and LP communications.
• Contribute to product roadmap discussions, coach Go-To-Market colleagues, and support partner seminars and events.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with 7+ years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, or a relevant field.
• In-depth understanding of private equity, venture capital, or private credit fund structures.
• Strong knowledge of fund operations and fund administration, particularly in venture capital or private equity.
• Proven stakeholder or client relationship management experience and excellent communication skills.
• Interest in software products solving technical financial and operational problems.

Nice to have

• Experience in a customer-facing SaaS role.
• Experience in fund accounting or fund administration.
• Knowledge of European alternative funds regulations.
