What you will do

• Plan, create, and manage user acquisition and retargeting campaigns on paid social and ad network platforms
• Lead optimization across creative, geo, platform, and channel to maximize returns and scale products
• Develop relationships with advertising partners and test new traffic sources
• Conduct industry research and present actionable findings
• Collaborate with ASO and CRM teams to ensure cohesive user growth and retention strategies
• Partner with creative teams to conceptualize and test ad creatives leveraging data insights

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid with presence in London office 3 days per week
• Experience in media buying for mobile games
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills in metrics-based environments
• Experience with advanced and privacy-safe mobile measurement approaches
• Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
