What you will do

• Manage overall off-boarding processes for exiting employees.
• Assist with employee relations matters and investigations.
• Provide support to HRBPs for strategic year-round HR programs and initiatives.
• Provide case management and resolution for tier 2 inquiries.
• Prepare standard and ad-hoc HR reports or dashboards.
• Maintain constant knowledge of employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree coupled with 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced organization.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Process improvement and project management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and passion for data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
