TL;DR

Delivery Head (US Region): Leading and overseeing all delivery operations for the US region, ensuring successful project execution, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. Focus on driving delivery metrics, quality assurance, continuous improvement initiatives and managing budgets, forecasts, and profitability for regional delivery operations.

Location: working from the office or remotely, visiting office at least once a month. Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

What you will do

• Own delivery governance for the US region, ensuring adherence to global standards and acting as the primary point of contact for delivery-related topics.
• Build strong relationships with client leadership teams, providing regular updates and identifying opportunities for value addition.
• Drive delivery metrics, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring timely resolution of escalations and high client satisfaction scores.
• Lead and mentor Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability for regional delivery operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT services delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale delivery programs.
• Experience with successful off-shore delivery for US Clients and strong contribution to the region development and growth.
• Good understanding of region specifics.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
