Associate Delivery Manager

📍 Location: Poland / Remote from Poland (also open to Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Croatia, Portugal)

💼 Position: Associate Delivery Manager

🚀 Responsibilities:

— Support day-to-day delivery operations across software development projects
— Track milestones, risks, blockers, and project status
— Maintain project data and documentation in tools like Jira
— Collaborate with engineering managers, team leads, and stakeholders
— Support onboarding/offboarding processes
— Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, KPIs, and timelines
— Prepare status reports and stakeholder updates
— Participate in presales activities (proposals, client pitches, internal initiatives)

✅ Requirements:

— 1–3 years of experience in project coordination / delivery / technical PM
— Good understanding of SDLC
— Experience working with engineering teams
— Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
— Experience with Jira or similar tools
— English for professional communication

➕ Nice to have:

— Agile / Scrum / Kanban experience
— Experience in outsourcing or client-facing environments
— Technical background
— Experience working with distributed teams

⏰ Working conditions:

— International team and projects
— Required overlap with US time zone (until at least 11 AM PT, preferably 12 PM PT, with flexibility during peak periods)
