What you will do

• Own the full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting process for technical roles across engineering, product, data, and infrastructure.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract technical talent.
• Proactively identify, engage, and close top technical candidates in a competitive market.
• Manage and continuously optimize the interview process to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics to inform decisions and improve processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
• Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies that align with business objectives.
• A well-established network within the tech industry and a passion for building new connections.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity to adapt to the ever-changing needs of a growing organization.
• Proficiency in using recruiting metrics and data to inform decisions and improve processes.
• Strong collaboration skills with a willingness to work cross-functionally.

• Understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess technical talent.
• Proficiency working with Ashby (ATS).
