Salary: £135,000–£185,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for engineering, product, data, and infrastructure roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, position profiles, priorities, and timelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and events.
• Identify, engage, and close active and passive technical candidates.
• Optimize interview processes for efficiency, consistency, and equitable hiring.
• Track recruiting metrics, analyze pipeline performance, and share insights with hiring managers and leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Established technology industry network and ability to build new connections.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing organizational needs.
• Proficiency using recruiting metrics and data to improve decisions and processes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of technical roles and ability to assess technical talent.
• Experience working with Ashby ATS.
