Talent Architect (AI)

Location: King’s Cross, London, United Kingdom; in person every day. Regular international travel for conferences and events is required.

Salary: £110,000–£130,000, with flexibility for the right candidate.

hirify.global is a public benefit corporation building AI that recursively improves itself to discover new knowledge alongside human scientists.

What you will do

• Map talent across post-training, AI for science, and infrastructure, identifying researchers and engineers before they become widely visible.
• Build relationships with exceptional people from leading academic and industry laboratories.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences including NeurIPS, ICML, and ICLR, and help organize dinners, seminars, and hackathons.
• Develop referral systems and enable the wider team to contribute to talent discovery.
• Run a fast, thoughtful, and memorable sourcing and interview pipeline.
• Work with Faraday, the internal AI agent, to create a hiring system that improves through every search, screening process, and conversation.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in scientific discovery and the potential of AI to transform it.
• Curiosity about AI research, including reading papers and following leading research labs.
• Strong judgement when assessing people through CVs, GitHub profiles, and published work.
• Clear, warm, distinctive writing and the ability to create credible, specific outreach.
• Strong organization, discretion with sensitive candidate and company information, and the ability to manage many conversations.
• Availability to work in person every day in King’s Cross, London, with regular international travel.

• Experience building a community around a subject of interest.
