Talent Acquisition Partner (Technical Recruiting)

Location: Hybrid, with at least 2–3 days per week at the Old Street office in London, United Kingdom. Hiring supports teams in the UK and US.

Base salary: £78,000–£98,000 per year, plus performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle technical recruitment across Engineering, Product, Machine Learning, Data, Corporate Technology, and Security.
• Manage approved roles from intake through accepted offer, including sourcing, candidate communication, scheduling, assessment, offer management, and closing.
• Partner with technology and product leaders to define role briefs, candidate profiles, sourcing strategies, scorecards, and structured selection processes.
• Build technical talent pipelines through direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals, and long-term relationship development across the UK and US.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, competitor activity, and hiring constraints.
• Design interview plans and technical assessments, train interviewers, coach debriefs, and improve recruiting workflows with AI and recruiting technology.

Requirements

• Substantial in-house technical recruiting experience delivering complex and business-critical searches.
• Experience recruiting in a software, SaaS, or technology-led environment.
• Experience managing varied searches across multiple functions and seniority levels simultaneously.
• Recruiting experience in Engineering, Product, Machine Learning, Data, Corporate Technology, or Security.
• Experience hiring across the UK and US, with knowledge of both markets preferred.
• Strong direct sourcing, talent mapping, candidate engagement, ATS, recruiting analytics, judgement, and stakeholder advisory skills.

• Experience evaluating AI and emerging recruiting technologies.
