Regional Sales Manager (Enterprise): Develops and overachieves sales goals for enterprise security products with an accent on building customer-centric solutions and managing the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing. Focus on articulating value propositions to C-level executives, forecasting sales predictably, and creating demand for un-budgeted solutions.

Location: Remote position based out of NYC, United States. Candidates must live local to the territory.

Salary: $140,000–$150,000

What you will do

  • Develop business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Manage the full sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Communicate hirify.global's value proposition to customers, from engineers to CxOs.
  • Forecast sales predictably and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to time zone differences.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience, specifically with SIEM & Observability and IT Personas (CISO/CIOs).
  • Experience working with early-stage startup organizations (under 1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos annually and managing complex sales processes.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Ability to create demand within a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
  • Background using MEDDIC sales methodology.
