What you will do
- Develop business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Manage the full sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing deals.
- Communicate hirify.global's value proposition to customers, from engineers to CxOs.
- Forecast sales predictably and consistently hit sales targets.
- Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to time zone differences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience, specifically with SIEM & Observability and IT Personas (CISO/CIOs).
- Experience working with early-stage startup organizations (under 1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
- Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos annually and managing complex sales processes.
- Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
- Ability to create demand within a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
- Background using MEDDIC sales methodology.
