Location: Remote (Germany / DACH region, German fluency required)
Salary: $60,000–$65,000 (base salary)

What you will do
- Build lead lists, craft outbound messaging, and share results with the sales team.
- Prospect within your territory and qualify leads for Enterprise Sales.
- Initiate sales conversations with key decision makers at target companies.
- Manage inbound inquiries and lead management.
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Data Security Platform and industry trends.
- Strive to exceed daily activity, monthly, and quarterly pipeline goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- German fluency required.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, with a results-oriented and metrics-driven track record.
- Excited to build a long-term sales career, coachable, and a self-starter.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ideally, experience as an SDR/BDR or inside sales professional in a B2B SaaS technology company.
Nice to have
- Cloud/data security industry experience a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and SalesNavigator preferred.
