TL;DR

Business Development Representative: Reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to educate them on modern data security solutions with an accent on qualifying B2B sales prospects and expanding user-base. Focus on initiating sales conversations with key decision makers and exceeding pipeline goals.

Location: Remote (Germany / DACH region, German fluency required)

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 (base salary)

What you will do

  • Build lead lists, craft outbound messaging, and share results with the sales team.
  • Prospect within your territory and qualify leads for Enterprise Sales.
  • Initiate sales conversations with key decision makers at target companies.
  • Manage inbound inquiries and lead management.
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the hirify.global Data Security Platform and industry trends.
  • Strive to exceed daily activity, monthly, and quarterly pipeline goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • German fluency required.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, with a results-oriented and metrics-driven track record.
  • Excited to build a long-term sales career, coachable, and a self-starter.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ideally, experience as an SDR/BDR or inside sales professional in a B2B SaaS technology company.

Nice to have

  • Cloud/data security industry experience a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and SalesNavigator preferred.
