Salary: £51,000 - £66,000 OTE per year

What you will do

• Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and developing new partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Sales & BD team on outreach campaigns.
• Manage the first stages of the Sales & Business Development pipeline through cold outreach and inbound channels.
• Engage potential partners about their goals and challenges, educating them on hirify.global's value.
• Contribute significantly to hirify.global’s growth as the core business and product scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of prior BDA experience in an outbound sales role prospecting cold leads.
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a quota-carrying role.
• Strong passion for E-commerce and a desire to pursue a career in sales.
• Ability to work closely with multiple non-sales teams internally.
• Excellent communication, time management, and detail-oriented skills.
• Must be based in the UK.
