What you will do
- Own and execute ’s partnerships strategy in line with growth objectives.
- Identify, negotiate, and launch high-impact commercial and strategic partnerships.
- Structure and close partnership deals with clear commercial and performance metrics.
- Scale and optimise partnerships to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Act as the senior point of contact for key partners and internal stakeholders.
- Track performance, report impact, and continuously improve partnership ROI.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships in high-growth environments.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, comfortable owning complex deals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on.
- Data-driven, with experience evaluating performance and ROI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving company.
