What you will do

  • Own and execute hirify.global’s partnerships strategy in line with growth objectives.
  • Identify, negotiate, and launch high-impact commercial and strategic partnerships.
  • Structure and close partnership deals with clear commercial and performance metrics.
  • Scale and optimise partnerships to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for key partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Track performance, report impact, and continuously improve partnership ROI.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships in high-growth environments.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, comfortable owning complex deals.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on.
  • Data-driven, with experience evaluating performance and ROI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving company.
