Salary: $173,000–$242,500 USD (Austin/Seattle); $161,000–$225,500 USD (Chicago).

What you will do

• Design thoughtful, intuitive content solutions for various product use cases and interactions.
• Apply human-centered practices and solid information architecture methods in your work.
• Craft scalable content solutions using sophisticated concepts around UI frameworks, modularity, and localization.
• Stage and contribute to workshops that help develop content-strategy knowledge across teams.
• Partner with product and research teams to drive content tests and resolve content bugs.
• Contribute frameworks, methods, and critique to raise the bar for junior team members and advance content practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in core skills such as UX Writing, Content Audits and Analysis, Content Mapping and Modeling, Information Architecture, and Storytelling.
• Ability to independently audit, analyze, structure, create, and present content.
• Understanding of human-centered design (HCD) practices.
• Strong skills in facilitation and presentation, with the ability to communicate compelling rationale.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• A portfolio demonstrating work in a platform or two-sided marketplace.
• Curiosity to explore and apply emerging AI technologies, including prompt engineering.
