Salary: $161,000 – $277,000 (depending on location)

What you will do

• Lead content strategy for complex, policy-driven product experiences within the Experience Design organization.
• Apply human-centered practices and information architecture methods to craft scalable, modular content solutions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to execute content tests that drive measurable user experience improvements.
• Facilitate workshops to elevate content-strategy knowledge and acuity across cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the design system and develop frameworks that raise the bar for content practice.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve content bugs across the product portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Expertise in UX Writing, Content Audits, Content Mapping, Information Architecture, and Storytelling
• Solid understanding of human-centered design (HCD) practices
• Ability to audit, analyze, and structure complex content independently
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and narrative skills to build partner trust
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States

• Portfolio demonstrating experience in platform or two-sided marketplace design
• Curiosity and experience applying emerging AI technologies and prompt engineering to improve operational efficiency
