What you will do

• Coach individuals, teams, and leaders on how to effectively use AI tools.
• Design and deliver AI training sessions and learning materials.
• Support organizational change by addressing adoption barriers and concerns related to AI.
• Partner with IT, Data, Security, Legal, HR, and business teams to align AI enablement efforts.
• Reinforce organizational policies related to data privacy, security, and ethical AI use.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience enabling, training, or coaching users on digital tools, analytics, automation, or AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, particularly generative AI and applied AI use cases.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into simple, actionable guidance.

Nice to have

• Experience in change management, organizational development, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with common enterprise AI tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, automation tools).
• Experience working in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
• Certifications or training in AI, data, agile, or change management.
