Salary: $75,000 (annual gross, prorated over 12 weeks)

What you will do

• Collaborate with AI experts to develop and optimize generative AI and NLP models.
• Research state-of-the-art AI/NLP algorithms and implement novel solutions.
• Analyze and interpret data to improve model performance and efficiency.
• Conduct automated and manual testing for AI systems, focusing on minimizing hallucinations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI/ML models and pipelines alongside engineers and data scientists.
• Assist in the documentation and presentation of research findings.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/NLP libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLTK, spaCy).
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts, including deep learning and neural networks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• Knowledge of Git and Agile software development methodologies.
• Previous experience with AI or NLP research and projects.
