What you will do

• Drive the implementation of the AI operating model and build organizational capability through training and guidance.
• Define and reinforce AI standards, guardrails, and usage patterns to ensure responsible adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and implement high-impact AI opportunities.
• Design and develop AI-enabled solutions including copilots, agents, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Facilitate the transition from AI experimentation to scaled, durable business processes.
• Contribute to broader analytics and operational intelligence priorities while measuring AI effectiveness.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, automation, or data-focused roles.
• Experience building agentic AI solutions and deploying multi-step workflows in a business environment.
• Advanced proficiency with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Perplexity AI, and Claude.
• Advanced experience with modern data platforms including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, AWS, and Snowflake, as well as SQL and Python.
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills for driving technology adoption.
