What you will do
- Proactively build, cultivate, and nurture high-value relationships with key professional services contacts.
- Strategize and execute on increasing hirify.global’s influence and coverage within major firms.
- Work with internal sales teams to develop, manage, and drive two-way referral opportunities.
- Screen, analyse, and negotiate new, strategic partner opportunities for hirify.global.
- Represent hirify.global at industry events, meeting current and prospective partners.
- Serve as the internal point of contact for partner relations, collaborating cross-functionally.
- Action the accurate recording of partner engagement and activity data into CRM systems like Salesforce.
Requirements
- ~7+ years of professional experience working in private markets.
- Highly collaborative with demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and comfortable juggling various projects and shifting priorities.
- Adept with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, for pipeline management and data tracking.
- Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented; committed to efficiency and accuracy.
- An established network of contacts within the private equity or private credit community.
Nice to have
- Experience as an investor, in investor relations, or as an advisor within private equity and/or private credit.
- Experience using AI tools to automate workflows and enhance BD efficiency.
