TL;DR

Solutions Consultant (AI/Legal Tech): Designing and optimizing tailored legal tech solutions for private markets clients with an accent on playbook optimization, parameter sheet drafting, and AI quality control. Focus on ensuring seamless client engagement and cross-functional collaboration to deliver outstanding results.

Location: Currently only hiring candidates based in the United States, with a preference for candidates based in EST.

Salary: $130,400–$182,400 USD

What you will do

  • Facilitate customer consultations and collaborate with Customer Success Managers to address client needs.
  • Lead efforts to enhance and optimize playbooks for Chirify.globalct Automation and Accord.
  • Draft and maintain parameter sheets to support NDA negotiations and ensure accurate AI implementation for credit agreements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance for project accuracy.
  • Conduct training sessions and educational workshops for internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation supporting solution delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of transactional legal experience as an attorney or paralegal in corporate, M&A, or funds.
  • A 4-year degree is required, with a JD preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, specifically in customer-facing roles with sophisticated clients.
  • Demonstrated comfort and enthusiasm in using technology to solve business problems.
  • Ability to work in EST to effectively manage the customer base in the US and EMEA.
