What you will do
- Guide customers and partners through AI Agent implementations, providing strategic advice.
- Drive analysis of customer requirements and tailor precise LLM prompts for desired AI agent behavior.
- Simplify complex workflows into digestible components for effective LLM handling.
- Ensure seamless system integration (e.g., API calls) within AI agents.
- Document best practices and share expertise with stakeholders.
- Mentor and support team colleagues.
Requirements
- Proficiency in applying advanced prompt engineering techniques.
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and craft LLM prompts.
- 3+ years of experience in conversation design and AI agent development.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of data structures and information transmission across systems.
- Experience in planning and executing rigorous testing procedures for AI Agents.
- Exceptional attention to detail and logical thinking for conversational flows.
- Significant experience dealing with Enterprise customers.
