Location: Remote. Applicants must have a legal right to work in the United States. Immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.

Salary: $355,250 – $558,250 a year (includes base, variable, and equity).

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and execution of Sword’s global consultant relations and alliance initiatives.
• Build, hire, and develop a top-tier Consultant Relations team with emphasis on talent development.
• Cultivate senior executive relationships with leading consulting and brokerage firms (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Aon).
• Own consultant-influenced pipeline and bookings targets, in partnership with sales teams.
• Develop consultant-specific engagement models, enablement programs, and go-to-market strategies.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor by articulating Sword’s clinical outcomes, AI differentiation, and economic value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consultant relations, including 5+ years in a leadership role at a major benefits consulting or brokerage firm (WTW, Aon, or Mercer preferred).
• Proven track record of developing and executing alliance strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of the employer, payer, and digital health market.
• Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
• Legal right to work in the United States is required.
