What you will do

  • Develop and maintain long-term strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Prepare and execute Customer Success Plans based on a structured programmatic approach.
  • Guide customers to discover and maximize the full value of hirify.global’s Open Source Infrastructure solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups (Account Executive, consulting, support, training) to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
  • Take full responsibility for securing subscription renewals, increasing renewal rates, driving upsell, and reducing churn.
  • Establish management-level relationships and communicate regularly with customers about adoption trends and sentiment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a client-facing role.
  • Significant experience collaborating with senior IT and business leaders.
  • Direct customer advocacy and engagement experiences in post-sales functions.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Knowledge of IT technology and an understanding of Open Source market and solutions.
