Senior Solutions Engineer (Enterprise)

TL;DR

Senior Solutions Engineer (Enterprise): Owns the technical sales of hirify.global solutions, ensuring maximal business value, fit-for-purpose solution design, and adoption roadmap for large enterprise accounts. Focus on identifying customer initiatives, building technical champions, leading demos and proof-of-concept activities, and evangelizing hirify.global's expertise externally.

Location: Available Location: San Francisco. The role is hybrid and requires up to 50% travel to attend meetings, conferences, and collaborate with teammates. Must be authorized to work in the US.

What you will do

• Identify and map customer initiatives and business problems to hirify.global solutions.
• Build relationships and technical champions within customer accounts.
• Develop and present customer presentations at every Enterprise Customer’s organization level.
• Lead demo and proof-of-concept activities for hirify.global prospects and customers.
• Represent and evangelize hirify.global externally at industry events with thought leadership.
• Apply in-depth vertical knowledge or domain expertise and advise on best practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer or customer-facing technical role with CDN, Security, Networking, or SaaS.
• Solid communication, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on several projects and activities concurrently.
• Highly driven, curious, team player with a sense of urgency.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
• Must be able to work from San Francisco in a hybrid format.

Nice to have

• Fundamental understanding of customer network and/or application architectures.
• Detailed understanding of workflow from user to application including hybrid architectures with Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Understanding, knowledge or experience of application and/or network security, SaaS application environments, VPN and remote access challenges, SIEM and log analytics platforms, Client OS fundamentals and software distribution.
• Experience interacting with senior level/executives to communicate a message of network and security transformation.
• Knowledge of routing, subnetning, split tunnels, SD-WAN, local internet breakout, end user and application security risks (DDoS, malware, phishing, viruses), and competitive market around CDN providers and internet security technologies.
