Salary: $190,000–$230,000

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of analytics engineers, setting priorities, unblocking challenges, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Own the project lifecycle, defining scope, gathering requirements, and overseeing implementation.
• Partner with senior business leaders to identify opportunities and convert insights into measurable outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in data governance, documentation, and operational efficiency.
• Communicate progress and results clearly to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Provide strategic guidance on technical approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 9+ years in a data-related role, with significant project and team management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python.
• Understanding of data modeling, BI tools (e.g., Tableau), and governance principles.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into structured, actionable plans.

• Proven track record managing technical teams and delivering complex projects.
• Experience in financial services or alternative investments.
