What you will do
- Own and exceed quarterly revenue quotas by targeting retailers and marketplaces.
- Lead the full sales cycle from discovery and technical alignment to negotiation and contract closure.
- Engage and build relationships with C-suite, Finance, Product, and Engineering stakeholders.
- Articulate complex technical concepts like ad server logic and auction models to diverse customer maturity levels.
- Maintain clean pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline.
- Develop deep industry expertise to advise customers with data-backed insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales or customer-facing experience in high-growth environments.
- Fluency in both English and German (C2) is strictly required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Proven ability to own outcomes and manage full-cycle deals independently.
- Curiosity for retail media, marketplace monetization, and auction-based systems.
- Adaptability and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms.
- Background in retail or media monetization.
