TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Fintech/Adtech): Driving commercial growth and managing the full sales cycle for retail media solutions with an accent on marketplace technology and auction-based monetization. Location: Remote within EMEA (must be able to travel regionally/internationally).

What you will do

  • Own and exceed quarterly revenue quotas by targeting retailers and marketplaces.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from discovery and technical alignment to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Engage and build relationships with C-suite, Finance, Product, and Engineering stakeholders.
  • Articulate complex technical concepts like ad server logic and auction models to diverse customer maturity levels.
  • Maintain clean pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline.
  • Develop deep industry expertise to advise customers with data-backed insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven sales or customer-facing experience in high-growth environments.
  • Fluency in both English and German (C2) is strictly required.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Proven ability to own outcomes and manage full-cycle deals independently.
  • Curiosity for retail media, marketplace monetization, and auction-based systems.
  • Adaptability and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms.
  • Background in retail or media monetization.
  • STEM-related academic background.
