TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (PropTech): Driving the adoption and long-term value of PropTech products for enterprise estate agencies with an accent on strategic partnerships and client success. Focus on proactive problem-solving, product feature collaboration, and ensuring clients maximize software utilization.

Location: Hybrid in Manchester, UK (up to 3 days WFH). Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Salary: £27,000–£33,000 (OTE up to £40,000) plus commission.

What you will do

  • Immerse yourself in the company and build knowledge of our evolving product.
  • Ensure feedback flows from Customer Success to relevant business and product teams.
  • Support clients from onboarding new clients to proactively ensuring existing clients are getting the most out of the software.
  • Collaborate with sales and technology team members to design and implement new product features.
  • Implement creative solutions to proactively resolve potential issues for customers.
  • Provide exceptional technical support via phone and email to clients.
  • Upsell additional products to existing clients.

Requirements

  • Background in Customer Success.
  • Passionate about providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Dependable, motivated, self-starter, with the ability to work independently.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
