Salary: £27,000–£33,000 (OTE up to £40,000) plus commission.

What you will do
- Immerse yourself in the company and build knowledge of our evolving product.
- Ensure feedback flows from Customer Success to relevant business and product teams.
- Support clients from onboarding new clients to proactively ensuring existing clients are getting the most out of the software.
- Collaborate with sales and technology team members to design and implement new product features.
- Implement creative solutions to proactively resolve potential issues for customers.
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone and email to clients.
- Upsell additional products to existing clients.
Requirements
- Background in Customer Success.
- Passionate about providing an excellent customer experience.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Dependable, motivated, self-starter, with the ability to work independently.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
