What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular strategic touchpoints.
• Deliver impactful business reviews that connect product value to specific customer goals.
• Identify expansion opportunities by aligning solutions with evolving customer workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to influence roadmap priorities and share customer insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to attend in-person meetings in London at least 6 days per month.
• Proven experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Consulting, or Account Management.
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Skilled at independent problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Proactive approach to engaging customers and driving successful outcomes.
