What you will do
- Achieve monthly cash collection targets through renewals, upsells, and upgrades.
- Manage and track your own pipeline using data-driven insights to prioritize ticket resolution.
- Collaborate with accounting, product, and data teams to improve renewal processes and share best practices.
- Handle complex customer escalations and troubleshoot issues to ensure high satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and lead new projects to completion within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success in a target-driven, customer-facing role.
- Strong English proficiency is required for clear communication with a diverse global client base.
- Experience working with SMEs, startups, or fast-paced business environments.
- Proficiency with tools such as Tableau, Zendesk, and HubSpot.
- Ability to handle complex customer situations and resolve issues autonomously.
- Must be based in or near Leeds, UK for hybrid office attendance.
